Restylane is a crystal clear gel form of hyaluronic acid, a substance that occurs naturally in the body. Hyaluronic acid holds water; hydrating and giving volume to the skin. Restylane Vital is also available as a treatment for rejuvenating the skin on the backs of the hands, the neck, the face and the upper chest area. This is usually a course of treatment carried out over a period of weeks.
